Bid Glass LLC is firmly committed to transparent and sound privacy practices and provides this Privacy Policy to describe our information collecting and handling practices. Bid Glass is an advertising platform ("bid.glass", "Bid Glass", "Platform", "we", "our", "us") for three audiences: site owners who sell ad space via bid.glass ("Publishers"), advertisers who buy advertising placements via bid.glass ("Advertisers"), and website visitors shown advertisements via bid.glass on pages on Publishers' websites ("Readers").

What This Privacy Policy Covers

Through our Platform Services, including the bid.glass website and remote advertising placements on Publishers' websites (together the "Platform Services"), we collect information about Publishers, Advertisers and Readers. This privacy policy describes what information we collect and how we control and process it.

This Privacy Policy describes our use of Personal Information that we collect when you use the Platform Services. "Personal Information" means any information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify a natural person, such as contact information (i.e., name, address, e-mail address, and/or phone number), any other data that is associated with the contact information, and/or information that may identify a person based on their internet usage such as their IP address. We collect and use Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information You Provide to Us

We collect the following Personal Information that our Publishers and Advertisers submit to us voluntarily:

Information from Advertisers: Our Advertiser registration process requires submitting your first and last name, a valid email address, and a username and password. Additionally, in order to place bids on advertising, we require entering payment information such as credit card information or bank account information. Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe") whose privacy policy is available at: https://stripe.com/us/privacy When you enter payment information, we collect and store the date and time the information was submitted, the IP address you submitted it from, and the information Stripe shares with us about that payment information. When you enter credit card information, Stripe shares with us the last 4 digits of your credit card, the expiration year and month, the address information associated with the card, the name associated with the card, and a string identifier unique to that card. They do not provide us the full credit card number or the CVC code. When you enter bank account information, Stripe shares with us the account holder name, the account holder type (individual or company), the bank name, the bank account country, the bank routing number, the last 4 digits of the bank account number, and a string identifier unique to that bank account. They do not provide us the full bank account number.

Information from Publishers: The Platform is not open to Publishers at this time. This section will be updated before we make our Platform available to Publishers.

Information Collected Via Technology

As you use the Platform Services, we may collect information about you and the devices you use to access the Platform.

The information that we collect includes:

Log information: As you use the Platform Services, we may automatically collect and store certain information in server logs, including your IP address, the URL of the page you were referred by, your browser User agent string, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this information in order to properly administrate our servers and diagnose performance, errors and crashes associated with the hardware and software on which the Platform is operating.

Device information: When displaying advertisements to you on pages on Publisher websites, we collect your browser User agent string, which contains information about your browser and operating system. We collect this information as part of our effort to detect and prevent advertising fraud. It is not used to identify you individually for any purpose other than to determine the validity of advertising impressions displayed on our Platform.

IP address: When displaying advertisements to you on pages on Publisher websites, we collect your IP address. We collect this information in order to estimate the number of unique viewers of an ad unit over a given time period to provide performance indicators to Advertisers. We also collect this information as part of our effort to detect and prevent advertising fraud. It is not used to identify you individually for any purpose other than to determine the validity of advertising impressions displayed on our Platform.

Country: When displaying advertisements to you on pages on Publisher websites, we collect your IP address, which we then use to estimate the country you are in at the time of your visit. We collect this information in order to estimate the percentage of viewers of an ad unit from a given country over a given time period to provide performance indicators to Advertisers. It is not used to identify you individually.

Use of Cookies

We use cookies to store log-in data, including a unique account identifier and session hash, for Publishers and Advertisers after they create an account or subsequently log in. We store this log-in data in order to keep Publishers and Advertisers logged in and allow them to stay logged in when they return to the service after ending their session. This log-in data can be deleted by logging out. Unlike most advertising platforms, this is the only information we store in cookies. We do not use cookies to track or re-target individuals for advertising purposes.

Our Platform Services contain links to websites or content, including advertisements, operated and maintained by third parties, over which we have no control. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of a third-party website before disclosing any information to the website.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, in which case we will post the changes to this Privacy Policy page.
